Cooking Ideas

Storage
Refrigerate at 0-4C as soon as they arrive and eat them the same day if you can, or within 48 hours. Keep them loosely covered with a damp paper towel. Never seal live shellfish in an airtight container, as they need to breathe, and discard any with shells that will not close.
